Most Helpful Customer Reviews Couldn't get it to work!  May 19, 2012 By Wombatmatty New out of the box... the printer popped up a message that said 'cartridge malfunction - return for replacement.' Kind of disappointing considering I hadn't even gotten to the point of printing a test page. I shipped it back and here I am more than a month later still waiting for my refund. It hasn't been a good experience at all.
